Alfred J. Falcione
Alfred J. Falcione was born and raised in Philadelphia. He has his undergraduate degree from Temple University with a Major in Economics and Finance. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Falcione became a prosecutor in the trial division of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and served in that capacity until 1996. From 1996 until 2000 Mr. Falcione practiced law in the private sector for several well known law firms concentrating his practice in Criminal Defense, Medical Malpractice prosecution, and plaintiff's personal injury. Mr. Falcione was a partner in the law firm Grady & Falcione, LLP from 2000 until 2008 where he continued to practice criminal defense and plaintiff's personal injury law. Over his career Mr. Falcione has tried hundreds of civil and criminal trials, both jury and non-jury. As a plaintiff's attorney Mr. Falcione has tried, settled or been involved with numerous million dollar cases.
