Mr. Prosmushkin is the founder of the law firm, and the head of the criminal, traffic, personal injury, and business law teams. He is an aggressive attorney with over 17 years of legal experience in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Mr. Prosmushkin graduated with a B.S. from Drexel University in 1991. He immediately thereafter pursued his legal educations at Temple University, and received his Jurist Doctor Degree in 1994.A veteran of numerous criminal and civil Jury trials, Mr. Prosmushkin has distinguished himself as an excellent advocate for his clients.
